The Ninth English Corner -- Culture Difference

The ninth English corner was successfully held on 20 November 2019. The topic of this week is the culture difference between China and the west. First, Natan divided the students into six groups and each group discussed the specific examples of culture shock. The students had a heated discussion on greeting , and some students even performed on the stage. Then, we discussed the differences in holidays, table manners, and marriage etc. I've learned a lot.

As we all know, the modern world is multicultural. These culture differences make sense in this colorful world.

本期英语角讨论主题是中西方的文化差异。外教Natan把参加活动的同学们分成六组，每个小组讨论生活学习中遇到的文化差异。大家就打招呼方式展开了热烈的讨论，还有同学上台表演，十分生动有趣。接下来，我们探讨了过节、餐桌礼仪、买单、结婚等多方面的差异，长了不少见识。我们的世界因为这些差异而多彩缤纷。通过讨论，我感受到了世界各地不同的人文风情，真有意思！
