The 10th English Corner - Making Dumplings

The 10th English corner, the last time of this semester, was successfully held on November 27, 2019. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so we went to the school restaurant making dumplings together to celebrate the meaningful moment.

First, Natan invited a girl to show how to make dumplings. My partners learned clumsily how to make dumplings in person, and one Indian girl, sitting next to me, made dumplings like conch , which was really cute.

After more than an hour, we ate hot dumplings made by ourselves, so a glow of satisfaction crossed the mind.

This semester's English corner is over. I can’t wait to join in new activities in the next semester.

   第十期英语角是本学的期最后一次活动，恰逢感恩节的前一天。西方的感恩节本就是人们团聚在一起享受美食的节日，Natan对中国的饺子非常感兴趣，所以大家一起来到食堂包饺子。

  首先，Natan邀请了一位包饺子能手给大家示范。先沾水，接着把水涂在皮子上，再将馅放于其中，最后翻折，捏出点花边。伙伴们笨拙地包着饺子，一位印度女生包成了贝壳状的饺子，着实可爱呢。

  一个多小时过去后，大家吃上了自己亲手包的饺子，热腾腾的，很有成就感。

  本学期的英语角就到此结束了，期待下学期！
