The Eighth English Corner -- Artificial Intelligence

On November 13,2019, there launched a mesmerising discussion — Artificial intelIigence, a heated topic in this informatin era. It started with some short videos, where we got the definition of AI, its benefits and drawbacks etc.  Afterwards we were divided into small groups and shared our ideas and perspectives on the topic，analyzing good aspects of AI as well as side effects.  Every group converged in the viewpoint that humans will never be replaced due to human affection and passion, no matter how powerful AI tends to be in the future.

Natan asked our perspectives regarding AI and elaborated his own thoughts，enlightening us a lot.   Can’t wait to see you next time!

在信息时代，人工智能是一个热议的话题，所以本周三的讨论围绕这个热点展开。首先一段短视频简单介绍了什么是人工智能、它的利与弊和对未来的影响。之后分小组讨论，分析其积极意义和潜在副作用。最终大家达成了一个共识：尽管AI的强大毋庸置疑，它永远不会取代人类。
